All hotel packages include airport transportation, AFE entry, Saturday afterparty with open bar.   All host hotels rooms are priced for double queen beds and 2 guest per room for 3 nights.  Up to 3 total guests are allowed for an extra charge. Prices of all packages are total price included.Hotels have a $5 sanitary tax due at check-in. There are NO REFUNDS available. Are packages refundable?

Unfortunately, no refunds are available for purchased accommodations. AFex Travel does NOT offer refunds. If we cancel/postpone, attendees will be eligible for a full refund. Attendees may transfer their reservations to another vacationer. (Transfer fee may apply)

Are flights included in the price?

No. Flights are not included in the price. Accommodations and entertainment only.

Are all hotels all inclusive?

No. Marriott is not all-inclusive. It includes breakfast and open bar from 12 p.m.-12 a.m. only.

When does airport travel pickup & drop off begin?

Airport pickup is scheduled for Friday September 1stat 12pm. Once an hour until 6pm. Airport return will begin Monday September 4th at 6am until 12pm.

Can I reserve a package for a single vacationer?

Yes. Once you purchase a package, send us an email to request a single room. We will change your reservation to reflect a single vacationer.

Are the prices for a single vacationer cheaper?

Unfortunately the prices are not cheaper Our amazing rates are for double occupancy rooms. Two queens or single King are the options available. They will accommodate us for the either option but the price will be the same.
